Error: logging directory does not exist /var/mobile/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/DiagnosticLog/

Just go to, iOS Simulator -> Reset Content and Settings. It will restore the default settings for iOS Simulator. Remember it will also removes all apps installed in Simulator.
