click “add translation”, select US English. This shows another button “manage translations”, and you can change the default language, or delete other translations.
Promoting release from “Internal test” track to production
As of this time, Google does allow you to promote an “Internal testing” release to Production. Under Release on the left, then under Internal testing in the left, click on Internal Testing and then, on the right/main pane click on Promote Release and then choose Closed testing, Open testing or Production.
Delete a Closed Track in Google Play Console

After talking with google support iv received this answer – “The console has been updated since the IO and some of the function you had in the past is now redundant.” Google has removed the “crash feedback” in the latest update.
