Is there a way to zoom the Visual Studio text editor with a keyboard shortcut?

Visual Studio reads NuGet.Config files from the solution root. Try moving it there instead of placing it in the same folder as the project. You can also place the file at %appdata%\NuGet\NuGet.Config and it will be used everywhere. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/nuget/schema/nuget-config-file

Is there a simple way to disable this highlighting? Tools -> Options -> Text Editor, in the Display group, uncheck “Highlight current line” Which parameter in Fonts and Colors dialog controls the background color of the currently selected line in the editor? The colors are named “Highlight Current Line (Active)” and “Highlight Current Line (Inactive)”

You can try the Text Macros for Visual Studio 2012-2019 extension (I am the author). It basically does the same thing as the Notepad++ macros (text editing, no UI automation). The code is open source (GitHub), so feel free to contribute improvements 🙂
The Visual Studio Build tools are a different download than the IDE. They appear to be a pretty small subset, and they’re called Build Tools for Visual Studio 2019 (download).
